What We Do

IRODORI Lab began with a desire to remove the invisible barriers that often stand between global brands and Japan. Through experience in consulting, new‑business development, and cross‑cultural communication, we learned that success depends on more than language alone.


Today, we support brands from around the world by combining practical execution with cultural insight, helping them approach Japan with clarity and confidence

We primarily work with kitchenware and tableware, interior goods, lifestyle goods, and shelf‑stable packaged foods. Support for other categories is available upon consultation.
