How it works

飛行機とコンテナ

1. Share your agreed terms and selected supplier

You provide the conditions finalized during the Negotiation Suite and the supplier you wish to move forward with.

2. Provide the documentation and labeling requirements for your country

Because import requirements differ by country, you share the documents, labeling rules, and ingredient or compliance information needed on your side.

3. We collect all export documents available from the Japanese supplier

Based on your requirements, we request and organize all Japan‑side export documents the supplier can provide (e.g., invoice, packing list, COO, MSDS).
Gathering these at the initial stage helps prevent delays or rework later.

4. We follow up with the supplier to ensure export or production preparation is progressing

We check document status, timelines, and any Japan‑side tasks to keep the process moving smoothly.

5. We manage all Japan‑side coordination

We handle communication with the supplier in Japanese, covering documents, logistics coordination, production timelines, quality expectations, and issue resolution.

6. You receive a clear plan toward shipment or production start

We deliver a structured summary of required documents, timelines, and next steps so you can proceed confidently with your logistics partner or production schedule.

This plan covers Japan‑side preparation only. Logistics booking and import procedures are handled separately by the client’s logistics partner.
