Please avoid getting the item wet, as colors may bleed.

Gold-thread areas may melt under high heat, so always use a pressing cloth when ironing.

All obi used by Ho-Seki Brand are recycled vintage textiles. While we avoid areas with major stains or damage, some signs of age—such as minor thread pulls or fold lines—may remain.

Because our items are one-of-a-kind and made from vintage materials, basically we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons related to personal preference, size, or appearance.

However, if your item arrives damaged or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to find a solution

Shipping fees are non‑refundable and are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the issue is caused by our error (such as incorrect items or significant damage during transit).

Large items such as bags or tapestries may be shipped folded for safe and compact packaging. If creases appear, they can be removed by gently ironing with a pressing cloth on medium heat.

Import taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Depending on your country’s customs regulations, VAT, GST, or import duties may be charged upon delivery.
